It costs more and takes longer to set up, but it builds recognition and works far better for audiences who already know you, such as your students or regular customers.

No. If you choose the common number option you do not need a number of your own at all. You only need your own number if you want the private branded option, where messages go out under your business identity.
A CSV or Excel file works best, with one column for the phone number and, if you want personalised messages, a column for the name. Indian numbers can be with or without the +91 prefix. If your list is in another format, send it across and we will tell you whether we can work with it.
We work with lists of most sizes, from a single tutor's batch of students to several thousand customers. Larger volumes get better per-message rates. Tell us your list size when you ask for a quote.
Yes. WhatsApp requires that people have agreed to hear from you before you message them, and sending to people who have not opted in leads to blocks, reports and numbers being banned.
